ShortBux is a paid to click site from which I got my first payment recently. Quite surprisingly, I received the payment in my PayPal account the very next day of requesting it.
The minimum payout amount of this site is only $2. For standard members it pays $0.005 per click and $0.0025 for your referral clicks, with at least 6 ads a day. For upgraded members the pay per click rates are doubled - $0.01 for your clicks and $0.005 for your referral clicks. But this is not where it ends. There are also three additional rankings (magistrate, chamberlain and chancellor) for which you must complete the requirements in order to get higher pay per click rates. These requirements include having a certain number of clicks, rented or bought referrals, being an upgraded member, etc. The highest that you can earn from your clicks is $0.0175 and $0.015 per referral click.

Earnings resource - a great new paying site

Earnings Resource is a great new paid to click and paid to read site. Even though it just launched around a month ago, it is already paying its members. The minimum payout is only £3 and it is paid through PayPal. You can also choose to redeem your earnings for advertising. The advertising prices are very cheap, so I would highly suggest advertising here. Upgrading to premium is very low as well. A monthly upgrade is £1, and £8 for one year, and you get more benefits like free referrals and more ads.
Apart from the PTC ads, PTR emails and 15% referral earnings, there are often contests held and soon the admin promises that new ways of earning will be added, such as paid to sign up.

Seventh payment from Subvert and Profit plus some changes

Subvert and Profit made some changes to their prices. They have been reduced by 10%-20%. This is good news for the advertisers, but bad news for the social media users, as the earnings per task have been reduced by this amount as well. So now the earnings are from $0.40 to $0.60.

Forth payment from NeoBux

After a month of hiatus, I am finally back from my Easter holiday. Got several payments this last month, but first today's payment - from NeoBux. The fourth payment is $5, minus $0.10 for covering the PayPal fees. The next payment will be $6.
Also, NeoBux made a pleasant change for the standard members. The referral renting fees have been lowered permanently, from $0.30 to $0.28 per referral. Woohoo!!! :D

Twitter feature in dNeero

Awhile ago dNeero surveys introduced a new Twitter feature. What you need to do is create a Twitter account (if you don't have one already), follow dNeero on Twitter, answer their questions there and then sit back and relax for your answers to be approved. Once they are approved, you can claim your cash awards for every question you have answered. You will also get an access code for their "Tweet, Tweet ... dNeero's all a-Twitter!" survey.
There are tons of questions to answer and new ones are being added daily. In my opinion, this is a great move by dNeero, especially since there have been no international surveys lately.

Traffic Meet - another paying traffic exchange

Traffic Meet is a traffic exchange where each day, as a free member, you can surf to earn up to $0.03. The payout is a very low $0.25 which can be sent to either your PayPal or E-gold account. As a free member you also earn 0.50 credits for each site you surf.
Other ways to earn cash here are by selling your credits at their marketplace and commission from your referral purchases.
Apart from surfing, you can earn credits by winning their daily credit drawings and the random games that pop up while you surf. Each time you receive a referral, you get 25 free credits, plus 0.10 credits for each site they surf.

As an upgraded member, you get a lot of privileges of course, which include bigger cash earnings and referral purchase commissions, shorter timer, higher surf ratio, etc. I haven't upgraded yet as I recently joined, but I am considering it. I have to admit, I am pretty satisfied with this traffic exchange. It is the only TE where my credits get spent faster than I can earn them.

Yet another PTC to go up in smoke

This time is 247Bux. I logged in today to see some blabbing from the owner - see for yourself. Well this wasn't a big surprise. After all the site has been having problems for a long time. Plus if you were a member you would have noticed that they have no ads except for self-sponsored ones. The owner also mentions that the site will "rise from its ashes" (yeah right, I highly doubt that) after all the members have been paid (hmmm, interesting). And even if they do come back, I think I am through with them. I have actually been paid by this site once, but never blogged about it mostly because of their habit of enabling and disabling cashouts constantly. I just requested $3 ($2.62 still in my account because of their stinkin' $3 limit, I wander what will happen to those), so we'll just have to wait and see if the members will be paid like they say. Oh, and I think I know which is the next PTC to go up in smoke (same owner *wink* *wink*, not only because of this but also because the payment queue is stuck on the same number for second day in a row).

P.S. Putting labels, to put is in Scam or not??? I guess it can wait a bit, I don't want to label somebody a scammer if they are not.
